lovely washcloth

So i have been working on some crochet this week they are some lovely washcloth which are free pattern on ravelry go have a look .
I did crochet them with Drops cotton light which is a nice cotton acrylic blend.
The soap is also handmade so a lovely package overall.

New beginnings

Dear readers it has been way to long as usual i am not good in writing stories BUT i have to change and you have to hold me to that.
I have been doing a lot of fiber stuff and like to show this to you .
Fall is a fact here in the Netherlands and every leaf is ready for the final stage which kind of makes me sad. But i love the fall colors and of couse it is the best time of year for hand knits !

I have been doing some yarn dying which always gives me great pleasure so i like to share some pictures with you.

So what else have i been up to ?
I have done a lot of knitting and picked up a old crochet project.
I have been working a lot on the http://www.ravelry.com/patterns/library/longline-cardigan-3
longline cardigan from Joji Locatelli which is a top down open front cardigan i am doing the fading trick wich is so popular at the moment . This gives you the opportunity to use multiple colors and use it as a whole in a cardigan if you do not have a sweaters worth quantity of yarn.
So here it is what it looks like at this moment:

I tried it on a couple of times and it looks good so far!
The yarn is sweetkittyyarn a blend of merino and bambu which give it a nice drape !

The other thing i am working on today is a grannysquare blanket which i almost thew away !
I rewound the yarn and started it up again so here is the result...

pretty nice isn't it ? just leftover acrylic yarn i just keep crocheting until i run out of yarn or patience... and i also will ad a nice crochet border something lacy ?
